Credit Unions

The ESC team has been conducting Credit Union elections for more than two decades. Whether you follow NCUA standard bylaws or have developed proprietary election rules, ESC conducts a secure, trouble-free election. Most Credit Unions use a member’s account number as a means of establishing identity. ESC has an option that eliminates this need with no compromise to security or added complexity for the user.

Our services adhere to “Guidelines for Safeguarding Member Information.”

Telephone voting is popular among Credit Union Board elections, and can be more cost effective than traditional paper ballots. ESC can integrate this with Internet and mail voting.

Pension Systems

Most retirement systems have a low percentage of member email addresses. This preempts the opportunity to target communications by member preference. ESC has proven techniques to capture and maintain current email addresses provided voluntarily by your members. With this information, your Marketing and Customer Service teams develop stronger relationships, more responsive communications, and more cost effective delivery mechanisms. If you use Social Security numbers for identification, we have an optional service that eliminates the need for you to provide them to us, with no compromise in security.

Professional Societies

In the 20 years working with Professional Societies, we have implemented and conducted elections for organizations with fewer than 1,000 members to those whose membership exceeds 100,000. Bylaws almost always specify paper mail ballots, while many also allow electronic voting, whether by telephone or Internet. ESC provides all of these types. We can assist you in migrating your membership to electronic options and improving participation while reducing non- productive expenditures on print and mail.

Many changes throughout the world have been brought about by these groups. At Election Services we do our part by utilizing recycled paper, vendors that are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and/or SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) certified while working with our clients on ways to reduce paper usage where available.
